NXT GIG is looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team and help drive the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that all Salesforce projects align with organizational goals. You will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and facilitate discussions to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies through Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear understanding and alignment with project objectives.
  • Support user acceptance testing to validate solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption and effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and processes, making recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) is an advantage.
