Job DescriptionSalary: £25,000 plus OTC £15,000 per annum
Location: Nelson (5 days office based) - 12 months Maternity Cover
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:30
Your role is to bring in new named business to Daisy Communications. You will handle inbound calls and leads, selling the full Daisy product portfolio to customers in the SME and Mid-Market sectors.
This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where exceeding ambitious sales and activity targets is expected. You will receive ongoing coaching and feedback to develop your sales skills, helping you maximise your potential.
With uncapped commission, this role offers excellent earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate via phone to new customers, with some written correspondence. Aim to build and write new business sales.
- Manage your own workload, create sales opportunities, and build a solid pipeline to achieve set MRR targets while working to KPI targets.
- Proactively upskill and self-learn.
- Schedule and complete all tasks within specified timescales and ensure all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
- Collect Key Decision Maker contacts and contact details.
- Maintain a professional appearance, telephone manner, and attitude at all times.
