About the Role
As an Implementations Specialist and under the wing of an experienced Solutions Leader, you will be a go-to expert for one of our flagship Real Estate software products. Maintaining pre and post-sale relationships, you will provide in-person and virtual product training to our Real Estate Agency customers to drive product adoption, whilst assisting our sales teams with upselling and client retention.
Sitting within a close-knit team that have worked together for 6 years, this is a unique opportunity to work on an exciting and ever-changing product within a household name in Australia's property industry, and in a team where your ideas will be heard.
In a typical day you can expect to:
- Provide in-person product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client's businesses.
- Partner closely with our Agency Sales Teams to support with technical expertise at the point of upselling new features and retaining clients at the end of contract period.
- Answer customer questions on product features, and work with internal teams to troubleshoot any tricky problems.
- Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for sales.
- Create case studies and customer performance reports.
- Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements.
- Support conversations at the time of contract renewal to ensure that valuable clients are retained and continue to get the most value out of the solutions.
- Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate tech solutions space.
Our Ideal Person:
ESSENTIAL:
- Real Estate industry experience highly preferred.
- Comfortable working from home 100% of the time.
- Basic / intermediate understanding of digital marketing.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Experience embedding products and services at customer level.
- Comfortable to present in person to clients.
- Sales mentality.
- Willing to travel - E.g. South Island for few days.
- Own reliable vehicle for travel to clients (car allowance provided).
BONUS POINTS:
- Tech or Saas industry experience.
- Operations experience within a Real Estate Agency environment.
