Responsibilities
- Ensure they see you as a trusted and objective partner, critical to their success.
- Have healthy strategic debate with your client and maintain operational excellence in the day-to-day running of the account while effectively managing client expectations.
- Engage the right people in the business at the right time to develop excellent creative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- Demonstrate creative judgement and be able to identify work that is strategically and tonally right for the client.
- Provide leadership and direction within your team, teaching 'best practice.'
- Drive a culture of collaboration, curiosity, integrity, and creativity within your direct reports.
- Inspire and motivate your team and the people around you.
- Possess a passion and enthusiasm for the business of advertising and the agency, and pass these qualities on to the people around you.
- Maximise revenue, control costs, and ensure profitability across your account.
- Develop workable budgets, work plans, and realistic timetables.
- Actively seek out ways to grow agency revenue and introduce other areas of the group agency offering.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an account services role.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple jobs whilst maintaining good attention to detail.
- Curiosity for ideas and a healthy disregard for convention.
- Developmental coach and relentless performance driver.
- Collective leadership and individual accountability.
- A natural collaborator and people person; participating fully as an integral member of the team, working co-operatively and collaboratively with the team and wider agency.
