We have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team in our Frankton Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products.

The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator.

This is a 1 day/week or casual role.

Ability to split time between our Frankton (Five Mile) and Queenstown (Shotover Street) locations is preferred.

Weekend and public holiday availability is preferred.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Providing excellent customer service.
  2. Creating an inclusive in-store experience for our customers and in-store team.
  3. Ensuring store standards are always upheld.
  4. Engaging with our local fan base as a brand ambassador.

What we are looking for:

  1. Previous retail or sales experience is a bonus but not required.
  2. Enthusiastic, quick learner with strong communication skills.
  3. Knowledge or experience using merino or Mons products.
  4. Genuine passion for sustainability and the outdoors, with the ability to portray our company values.
