My Therapy Crew (MTC) is a values-driven, family-owned allied health organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and crew. Established and led by experienced therapists, MTC operates on the foundation of strong therapeutic and business expertise. We ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care while fostering an environment where team members are valued and supported.

Our multidisciplinary team provides therapy services across a wide range of needs and demographics, working with individuals from birth through to older age. This unique approach allows us to cater to a diverse range of clients with varying health conditions and disabilities. We deliver services through five clinics across Darwin, Brisbane South (Upper Mount Gravatt, Eight Mile Plains), Brisbane North (North Lakes), and the Sunshine Coast, as well as in community settings, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for our clients.

About the Opportunity

My Therapy Crew is looking for experienced Speech Pathologists to join our team in Darwin, NT.

As a Speech Pathologist at My Therapy Crew (MTC), you'll provide high-quality, client-centred therapy to individuals across the lifespan. You'll have the opportunity to specialise in areas of your interest or work across a diverse caseload. The role involves both in-clinic and community-based services, with the flexibility to tailor your approach to your strengths and preferences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing client-centred speech pathology services to children and adults
  • Conducting assessments and developing tailored therapy plans to meet individual client needs
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including senior Speech Pathologists, to deliver holistic care
  • Specialising in your preferred areas (e.g., early intervention, AAC, dysphagia, articulation, or literacy)
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for clients, families, and funding bodies
  • Supporting clients in achieving their goals through capacity-building interventions
  • Participating in professional development, including in-house and external training opportunities

About You

To qualify, you will need a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) and current eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).

Additionally, the following skills and attributes will be highly regarded:

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills are required to effectively manage caseloads and achieve deadlines
  • A proactive approach to therapy delivery and professional development
  • An interest or experience in working with diverse client groups across different settings, including children and adults
