The Company:

This is an opportunity to join a team of professionals who pride themselves on the ethos they have created throughout the years.

A strong presence in the Land Development space, we are on the lookout for intermediate-senior through to technical lead / chartered (CPEng) Civil Engineers to join their Christchurch office.

The Role:
As a Civil Engineer, you will undertake and/or oversee complex engineering projects that require expert application of advanced engineering knowledge while ensuring revenue and invoicing requirements are met. You will also provide cultural and people leadership by continuing to mentor high performing teams in order to maintain employee engagement and efficient delivery of services to clients (with the support of the Directors).

Key Skills:

  1. Minimum 3 plus years NZ experience, particularly in the land development or infrastructure space
  2. Confident Civil 3d or 12D design skills are necessary
  3. AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS at an intermediate level would be preferred
  4. Experience running projects from start to finish including construction monitoring on small-large scale projects
  5. Ability to clearly communicate with clients and contractors
