We have a great opportunity for a Membership Coordinator to be a part of our world-class and high performing golf team.

The Role
This role involves coordinating day-to-day general enquiries for the Country Club Membership and undertaking the administration for the membership. The successful candidate will provide coordination and administrative services to Millbrook members and membership services as required. The Membership Coordinator is the first point of contact for current members and will support the Director of Golf with new membership enquiries and sales.
Success Profile
- Previous experience within customer relations management.
- Excellent knowledge of all the Millbrook Country Club programme and benefits.
- Great time management and organisational skills, coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional presentation, conduct and confidentiality at all times.
- Ability to work to tight and changing deadlines and able to multitask and manage priorities.
- Strong communication skills, coupled with a 'can do' attitude and a friendly, professional approach. Ability to collaborate and consult, as well as work autonomously.
- Excellent administration skills including finance background.
