The Role:
  • Duration: 3 Months - Permanent opportunities
  • Start Date: ASAP Start, 4 week notice periods are fine
  • Pay Rate: $27.80 per hour + 8% holiday pay
  • Training: Full training provided
  • Hours: Want to hear from you if you can work Monday - Friday or are able to be flexible and work weekends too.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound calls from clients & stakeholders across New Zealand
  • Able to multitask and use different platforms at once
  • Making follow-up and triaging calls
  • Assisting internal staff and stakeholders with requests
  • Managing complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Administrative duties
About You:
  • Previous experience in customer service or call centers
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
