Experienced Welder

- We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong welding skills and experience, coupled with excellent time management and communication skills. The Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints
- Ensure the safety of self and others by following all Health and Safety guidelines
- Maintain and repair metal components as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Certification in welding techniques is a must
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Good time management and organizational skills
Day-to-Day
- Review work orders and blueprints to determine welding tasks
- Set up welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Perform welding tasks and inspect finished products
- Collaborate with colleagues to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times
