RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone.
  2. Service appointment scheduling for customers over the phone and in person.
  3. Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
  4. Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties.
  5. Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
  6. Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests.
  7. Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
  8. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  2. Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  3. Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
  5. Hours for this position are Full Time: 9am-6pm Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays 7:00am-4:00pm.
  6. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.
