As an adaptable and innovative communicator, you drive continuous improvement while ensuring stakeholders feel valued and heard.
We are seeking someone with at least a degree-level qualification in social service, public health, law, education, or a related field with in-depth expertise in sexual and intimate partner violence.
You are skilled in developing and delivering prevention, education, and awareness programmes, with expertise in best practices for driving change.
Other skills needed are:

- Strong decision-making and policy development skills.
- High competency with technology and database systems.
- Experience in facilitation, training, and professional development.
- Experience in providing leadership to volunteers.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to a wide range of people, particularly young adults and students.
- Knowledge of external agencies that provide support to people impacted by sexual violence or intimate partner violence.
