We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator / Administrator, a remote support role for one of our Telecom clients supporting the East Coast.

The ideal candidates will have previous Telecom industry experience, be very organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should have a high understanding of Excel project tracking, reporting, and database management. You'll be supporting a Fiber deployment team and operations team.

Primarily, you will be tracking a range of administrative concerns and functions: contractor invoicing, equipment and supplies availability, progress documentation, etc.

This is a long-term remote contract position (1–2-year) role.

Role:

  • Oversee project-related documentation and reporting.
  • Provide project status updates to management.
  • Track and report on SOWs, POs, and Invoices.
  • Maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.
  • Data entry, reporting, and tracking via various ERP financial systems.
  • Help coordinate with Accounts Receivable (A/R) to ensure proper billing and payment.
  • Project tracking and coordination.

What will catch our eye:

Strong computer, administrative, and coordination skills; very proficient in Excel.

Previous permit, materials, and tracking experience (Excel, & Site Tracker) in telecommunications.
