Due to continued expansion, a vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic person to support our BREEAM and HSEQ teams.

Responsibilities
  1. BREEAM compliance administrator – collating and gathering evidence to support our live Projects.
  2. Support to the HSEQ department including periodic document review.
  3. ISO Internal Audits developing to Lead Auditor.
  4. Monitoring of project reports and chasing missing information.
  5. Attendance at related committee meetings, collation of minutes and records.
  6. General Administrative support.
  7. Reception cover for unplanned absences.

Training & development will be provided for the right person.

Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role in the construction industry.
  2. NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
  3. Problem solving skills and the ability to use initiative to identify areas of improvement & propose solutions.
  4. Able to prioritise competing workload during busy periods.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept in Excel.
  6. Analytical, numerically astute with strong proven problem-solving abilities.
  7. Commercially and financially aware with well-developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  8. Experience or training in ISO Audits and/or Sustainability are not required but would be advantageous.
Job Location

Office based at 8 Kenyon Road, Lomeshaye Industrial Estate, Nelson BB9 5SP.

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm; Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

Annual Leave Entitlement

23 days (plus 8 bank holidays) per year increasing by 1 day for every five years of service. 5-7 days plus 3 bank holidays to be saved for Christmas closure (determined annually each January).
