Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Heart: Oversee the daily operation of our vibrant preschool, ensuring it's a safe, stimulating, and fun space where children flourish.
  • Sustainability Superstar: Lead our green initiatives and inspire both kaiako and tamariki to think sustainably, incorporating eco-friendly practices into everything we do.
  • Empower Your Team: Lead, support, and mentor an incredible team of kaiako, encouraging growth, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Innovate & Inspire: Bring fresh, creative ideas to our educational programs, helping children discover the world around them through play, exploration, and imagination.
  • Manage the Magic: Handle the operational side of things—budgets, resources, staffing—so everything runs smoothly and effortlessly.
  • Community Connection: Build strong, open relationships with families and the wider community, ensuring everyone feels supported and engaged in the learning journey.
