Your new role

As a Senior Underwriter, you'll be responsible for:
  • Managing a diverse commercial portfolio across Property, Motor, Liability, and Contract Engineering Works.
  • This is a high-impact role where you'll help shape strategy and provide expertise to support business outcomes.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, execution of policies, and balancing complex portfolios
  • Coach and mentor team members to meet or exceed service standards and regional targets
  • Underwriting complex risks in line with business plans and within delegated authority levels
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
