We are on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist.

The role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, timely and accurate administrative support and coordination to the HR function in every aspect including general administration, end to end recruitment and planning and execution of HR projects. You will also be required to confidently deal with the day to day business operations autonomously.

Ideal Candidate

  1. Strong organisational skills – able to work to timeframes and deadlines.
  2. Work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Master at MS Office.
  5. Understanding of NZ Employment Law.
  6. Recruitment and administration experience is an absolute must.
  7. We also have a preference for a relevant HR related qualification.
  8. Experience within retail would be a great advantage.
