At Dreadnøught, we're looking for an experienced Senior Finance Leader who will be instrumental in driving our growth, data-led insights, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to our Managing Director, you will join our company of 50, where your skills will directly shape the success of our finance, sales/ estimation, and delivery teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional leadership to your team, within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and across the business - in offices, and in the field
• Shape strategy and direction, enabling our leaders to be more effective at executing resource deployment decisions in the face of changing customer demands and priorities
• Grow our organisational compliance, finance, and regulatory capability
• Bring financial leadership to the SLT, ensuring you and the finance team are effective partners across the business
• Enhance the reporting framework that supports prioritisation and performance measurement, through a 'single-source-of-financial-truth' approach
• Establish and build key working relationships with leaders, customers, and partner organisations, to thrive
• Develop and lead our financial approach to regional, national, and sector growth, through the provision of proven systems and processes
