Qualifications & experience
Excellence and experience with customer service, communication and sales.
Experience with computers, point of sale platforms, booking platforms and websites.
Experience with bookkeeping, xero and spreadsheets.
Experience and understanding of social media, content creation, photography and videography.
Commitment to ongoing learning in a high performing team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Friendly and considerate communication with clients, in person and via phone, social media and email.
Providing an organised, clean and efficient working environment with our team.
Positively directing clients towards treatment or product offerings to suit their desires.
Keeping accurate and up-to-date client payment and clinic metric records.
Technical execution to convey Face Therapy's values on public platforms such as social media.
Upholding medical professionality in all aspects of the role, particularly confidentiality and privacy.
