PRECISION CLEANING TECHNICIAN

The Cleanroom Technician is a member of the Mechanical Production Team but is specifically focused on the precision cleaning of Reaction Wheels for our Space Systems Team.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:

  1. Precision cleaning of mechanical components
  2. Inspection of cleaned items
  3. Work in a pristine environment
  4. Support the development of new processes
  5. Enjoy a 4 day week, 3 day weekend

YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Comfortable working to exacting standards
  2. Have a good level of eyesight and an eye for detail

THESE SKILLS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  2. The ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as autonomously
  3. Knowledge of ultrasonic cleaners, precision cleaning, oxygen cleaning and clean room methodologies
  4. A high work ethic, always seeking more responsibility. Able to work overtime if required
  5. Takes initiative and remains calm under pressure
  6. Computer literate, and comfortable using smartphones and tablets
