About the Role

You'll join as a senior adviser with a clear pathway to leadership. You'll play a key role in developing our Waikato presence, eventually managing a small team, and providing high-quality advice on life insurance, mortgages, and (with support and training) KiwiSaver and investments.

You'll be supported to move beyond a transactional sales environment into one where your advice truly matters—helping clients plan and protect their financial futures from all angles. We'll back you with award-winning systems, an incredible support team, and ongoing professional development.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience giving financial advice (life and health or mortgage advice ideal)
  • Must hold a New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Life & Health, Residential Lending, or Investment strands preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ambitious, motivated, and passionate about financial wellbeing
  • Tech-savvy and open to working in a digital-first environment
  • Eager to keep learning and growing professionally
