Te Tūranga – About The Role
As the Social Supermarket Coordinator, you'll be part of a values-driven team responsible for leading and executing the Social Supermarkets and HereforNZ programmes on behalf of Foodstuffs North Island. As a key support for the team, you'll help launch and support Social Supermarkets across the North Island, and the HereforNZ Committee to deliver on our Social Promises – creating a dignified experience for whanau experiencing food security challenges.
Some Of What You'll Get Stuck Into Is
- Providing support during new Social Supermarket launch programmes through setting up shelving, purchasing and receiving product ahead of the launch event, and keeping our internal & external comms partners informed on progress and key milestones.
- Working with the Creative Services team to develop and execute brand guidelines and branded assets, collating store kits, managing the team and partner merchandise, and creating website content following the launch.
- Supporting the team to deliver the weekly Social Supermarket performance dashboard, and six-weekly governance reporting for key forums.
- Monitoring the HereforNZ inbox, responding to queries related to the HereforNZ Fund, and facilitating responses from SMEs across the business for broader enquiries.
- Supporting applicants to complete HereforNZ Fund applications and supporting the HereforNZ Funding Sub-Committee's application evaluation process.
- Activating support for successful Fund applicants through pre-approved support methods, including (but not limited to) product, gift cards and cash.
- Creating shadow pre-read / presentation packs for 6-weekly HereforNZ Committee meetings, and facilitating their completion by key SMEs.
- Capturing and distributing HereforNZ Committee Meeting notes and actions.
