The Role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Engagement Lead to come in and hit the ground running. They will be a core member of the wider Club and Instructor marketing squad, which has a solid focus around driving positive business outcomes for our Clubs and Instructors globally. One of the key responsibilities of this team is driving self-service with our digital platforms, ultimately increasing LTV and reducing club and instructor churn.

Skills and experience you'll need:

This role requires hands-on experience with marketing automation systems and driving end-to-end digital engagement strategies from concept to execution. You'll have a data-driven mindset and acute analytical skills, applying this to delivering best-in-class engagement campaigns across our customer lifecycle.

You Will Ideally Need Experience In The Following
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder and market requirements.
  • Experience executing on digital marketing plans and developing holistic customer journeys.
  • Data-driven mindset and acute analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship skills, ability to connect across squads and teams.
