Description

We are seeking skilled Concrete Placers & Finishers to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil construction projects, placing and finishing high-quality concrete surfaces. If you have experience in concrete placement, finishing, and formwork setup, we want to hear from you

The Role:

  • Placing and compacting concrete into forms, ensuring proper distribution and consistency
  • Spreading, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces to the required grade and thickness
  • Working with various concrete mixes, including standard, high-strength, and specialty types
  • Setting up and adjusting formwork to ensure proper alignment and shape
  • Conducting quality checks such as slump tests to verify concrete consistency
  • Ensuring site safety, wearing proper PPE, and following all safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in concrete placing, finishing, and formwork setup
  • Strong understanding of concrete mixes, curing processes, and compaction techniques
  • Ability to read plans and specifications for accurate concrete placement
  • A proactive team player with good communication skills
  • Commitment to worksite safety and proper tool handling
