ECE teachers (several positions)

Are you passionate about working with young children and eager to grow in a supportive, dynamic environment? St Johns Montessori Childcare Centre, located in the heart of St Johns, Auckland, is looking for both experienced and new teachers to join our wonderful team

Position: Part-time or full-time teaching role
Age group: 2–6 years old
Location: St Johns, Auckland

  • Flexible hours: We offer a flexible work schedule between 7.30am and 5pm to suit your needs.

  • Ongoing development: While AMI certification is welcome, it's not a requirement. A basic understanding of Montessori principles and a desire to learn are key
  • Extended pay parity: We are proud to offer extended pay parity to ensure our educators are valued and fairly compensated.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified teachers: Whether you're an experienced educator or just starting your teaching journey, we want to hear from you
  • Montessori enthusiasts: A basic understanding of Montessori is essential, but more importantly, we're looking for someone who is excited to grow and learn with us.
  • A passion for early childhood education: Work with children aged 2 to 6 years in a nurturing and enriching Montessori environment.
