Our Recruitment Engagement Advisor is responsible for supporting the success of attraction activities to fill vacancies and delivering pre-application support to potential applicants through partnerships with Police Recruitment service partners. Providing advice about the recruitment process and candidate experience. Managing and coordinating the responses to recruitment queries, virtual engagement, subscription membership and branding across media channels.

The role is the link between the Recruitment Group and Media and Communications mainly through the regular working connection with the Marketing and Brand team. Contributing towards recruitment marketing plans, recruitment campaigns, and events to ensure target markets are appropriately identified and market research is conducted or considered.

The Recruitment Engagement Advisor also engages with and supports Police internal and external service partners who actively manage the pre-application engagement portfolio, managing nationwide recruitment events, writing recruitment content, planning, organising, supporting, facilitating and/or delivering events on behalf of Police Recruitment.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Lead a pre-application engagement portfolio.
  2. Support recruitment marketing plans and campaigns.
  3. Write recruitment content to targeted audiences for social media and digital print.
  4. Coordinate and facilitate national recruitment events.
  5. Collecting and analysing campaign data used for evaluation or input into future planning.

  1. A relevant marketing / training qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  2. Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  3. Relationship management and coordination across multiple workgroups and external partners.
  4. Apply event management, social media, and recruitment marketing best practices.
  5. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management systems and candidate management database.

This role is set at Individual Contributor level, this means your key purpose is "to deliver or enable others to deliver Our Business".

Utu ā-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $87,306 and $114,284 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
