Key responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate educational programs that encourage developmental and social growth.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, whānau, and colleagues.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing individualised support as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid Early Childhood Education certification
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Must be able to work in NZ (we aren't an accredited employer).
