As a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, you'll be at the forefront of connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities. We're seeking someone who is exceptionally proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine passion for driving business development initiatives.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and engage top-tier talent through various sourcing channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Proactively develop, gain, and grow new and existing business through a variety of means ensuring KPI's are met.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience or sound knowledge of the Civil and Construction Sector
  • Strong business acumen and a natural flair for networking and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on exceeding expectations
