The Christchurch team are looking for a part-time (25 hours per week) office manager with a passion for people and systems to join our team.

The Opportunity - Te āhei
  • Coordinate and organise our Christchurch based office of fifty people working across the property sales and professional services sector.
  • Responsible for communal team environments, client space and overall office environment – a fantastic new building in the heart of the CBD.
  • Diary management, meeting room organisation and creating social events.
  • Finance support related duties; processing invoices and expenses.
  • General office and administrative duties as required to ensure the best interest of the wider team.
About You- Mō Koe
  • Customer service focus with excellent communication skills and a warm manner.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
