Now, we're looking for a Media Executive to join our team and contribute to developing and managing media plans for our clients.
For us, every client has different challenges, and our solutions reflect that. This role is all about making it happen and pushing boundaries, which is at the heart of what's important to us.
What You'll Do:- Client Engagement – Support media strategy development, building trust and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and clients.
- Media Planning – Assist in developing tailored media strategies aligned with client goals and backed by data-driven insights.
- Campaign Management – Oversee the execution of media campaigns, from planning to placement and optimisation.
- Market Research – Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Education & Collaboration – Educate clients and internal teams on best practices and evolving media trends.
- Digital Advertising – Utilise your expertise with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics to drive campaign success.
- Proven experience managing client portfolios, preferably within recruitment marketing.
- Strong technical skills across various media and advertising platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Communication & Influence – Confident and persuasive in client and internal interactions.
- Adaptability – Quick to learn and implement new strategies.
- Project Management – Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proactivity – Always thinking ahead, identifying opportunities and challenges before they arise.
- Attention to Detail – Precision in planning, execution, and reporting.
