KEY ROLE DUTIES
  1. Attending to the daily management, training and support of site based teams
  2. Providing quality Client liaison
  3. Ensuring the effective coordination of site projects from start to finish
  4. Understanding contract scopes and advising estimators/contract managers of variations
  5. Reading construction drawings and specifications to ensure projects are built to design
  6. Raising technical questions with engineers, clients or other members of the team
  7. Organising subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
  8. Facilitating and documenting prestart meetings, toolbox meetings, site inspections, JSEAs and plant checks
  9. Completing site documentation including supervisors' daily reports, weekly planners, timesheets and quality documentation
  10. Arranging and undertaking quality assurance testing
  11. Undertaking site works alongside the site team
ABOUT YOU

Reporting to the Regional Manager you will hold:

  1. Three to five years site supervision experience within the civil sector
  2. Competence in the efficient coordination of civil projects
  3. Ability to proactively and positively lead, train and support a team
  4. A strong understanding of and commitment to health and safety
