Job : Electrical Trade Assistant with RefrigerationExperience
Location : Auckland Central / West
Pay : $27-$30p / hr
We are seeking a reliable Electrical Trade Assistant with mechanical and refrigeration experience to support our electricians on commercial projects. You will assist in the installation, wiring, and commissioning of BMS controls and mechanical systems, including pumps, boilers, chillers, VRV air-conditioning, refrigeration units, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with electrical installations, circuit testing, and fault finding.
- Help design, wire, and commission BMS systems, including mechanical plant items (pumps, boilers, fans, chillers, and refrigeration units).
- Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Prepare and clean work sites, set up tools, and assist with mechanical tasks.
Requirements :
- Experience in both electrical and mechanical work, including refrigeration systems.
- Familiarity with BMS systems, mechanical equipment, and refrigeration units.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Reliable and punctual with transport to the site.
