Who We Are

2025 BCG Scholarship & Early Intake Program

At BCG, we have a proud history of offering annual scholarships since 2004 to university students in Australia and New Zealand to support outstanding future leaders with their studies and beyond.

Available Scholarships
  1. Women or Non-Binary Scholarship
  2. General Scholarship
Alongside our Scholarship Program, we consider outstanding university students in their second-last year of study (or earlier) for a full-time graduate position at BCG.

As a BCG Scholar, you will receive AUD$20,000 in scholarship funding and a mentor through the remainder of your studies. Alongside our scholarship program, we will consider students who meet the scholarship eligibility criteria for a graduate role as part of our Early Intake program, for either of the two Scholarships.

As a graduate at BCG, you will be tackling the toughest challenges, benefiting from accelerated learning that serves you for a lifetime, and working with a caring, diverse, and inclusive community of exceptional people.

Consulting work is varied and rigorous, much of it performed at our client sites. Projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client's challenge. Given our global client base, you may also have the opportunity to travel internationally.

What You'll Bring

We see a degree as just the beginning and seek recent graduates from across a range of disciplines. Diverse perspectives, distinct points of view, and shared ambition are essential to life at BCG.

Your online application must include your CV, cover letter, and academic transcripts (preferably in one pdf document).

We want to get to know you, so please make sure you have information in your cover letter and CV about things you're passionate about and why BCG is a great career fit for you.

In your cover letter, please specify which BCG Scholarship you are applying for and why you are interested in being considered.
