What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing bold, engaging retail marketing campaigns that captivate audiences
  • Art directing photoshoots to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned visuals
  • Creating compelling advertising and promotional materials across multiple channels
  • Developing print and digital assets that elevate Farmers' brand presence
  • Hands on design, full Adobe Creative Suite and Mac studio
  • Managing timelines, approvals, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints

What We're Looking For:

  • 15+ years of experience in graphic design, retail design and art direction
  • A degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong pre-press knowledge and a hands on designer
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and brand storytelling
  • Experience designing marketing material for Fashion or Home brandswill be an added advantage
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure
