Columbus Coffee located at Mitre 10 Kerikeri is adding to our world-class team. We are looking for a level-headed Barista to help take our Cafe to the next level. They will need to be passionate about a good brew, customer obsessed and able to keep a pristine work environment. Barista experience is a non-negotiable and we would like someone with solid hospitality experience that could manage the café in the absence of our Team Leader. The role is full time and includes one day per weekend and some public holidays.

About you:
  • You strive for excellence in punctuality, reliability and resilience.
  • You'll be happy to be flexible - muck in where the need arises.
  • Able to communicate effectively with the kitchen team and customers.
  • Fanatical about the delivery of excellent coffee and food with outstanding customer service.
  • Some experience leading a team will be advantageous.
