The Role
- Assist advisers in managing and processing loan applications efficiently to help clients achieve their property and financial goals.
- Liaise with clients and lenders to ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and track loan applications through settlement, providing regular updates to advisers and clients.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support a busy financial services team in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in banking, financial or professional services.
- Knowledge and experience with the lending process and compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive documentation and high-volume data processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with a large CRM such as Salesforce would be advantageous.
- Comfortable in an office-based role within a collaborative team.
- Full, unrestricted work rights in New Zealand are required.
