As a key member of our account management team, you'll play a vital role in assisting the Asian community by providing exceptional client service and support. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to help individuals navigate the complexities of insurance, ensuring they make well-informed decisions that protect their future.
Your responsibilities will include handling low to moderately complex tasks, ensuring accurate updates in our systems (GRIP and GAMS), and building strong, trusting relationships with clients. This role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and the chance to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
About YouWe're seeking a fluent Mandarin speaker with a passion for client service and a strong commitment to empowering the Asian community. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working collaboratively within a team. A genuine desire to help individuals make informed financial decisions is crucial. Experience in a client-facing role or within the life insurance industry is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to either have or be working towards level 5 qualifications.
