Our client is seeking a Solution Architect to play a crucial role in optimising organisational strategic goals by evolving effective technology design practices.

The successful candidate will leverage solution architecture frameworks, patterns, and standards to address business challenges in the digital landscape. The objective is to create robust, secure, reliable, and scalable architectural designs that lead to efficient systems.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Tackling business challenges by creating secure, scalable, and efficient digital solutions that meet business needs.
  • Working with different teams to understand project requirements, come up with creative solutions, and make sure tech strategies align with business objectives.
  • Turning business and project needs into detailed architecture and solution designs, often suggesting ready-made integrations for the best results.
  • Reviewing projects to make sure they follow architecture standards, documenting designs, staying on track with SDLC processes, and improving solution architecture practices.
  • Offering ideas for ongoing improvements and promoting enterprise-level solution designs to keep services running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Acting as a point of contact with stakeholders and overseeing cybersecurity practices and assessments across the tech portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with integration patterns, API gateways, and protocols (SOAP, REST, JSON), along with programming languages like SQL, Python, and Java, is required.
  • Experience with web applications, digital platforms (Salesforce CRM, ERP), and data lakes (Azure)
  • Expertise in end-to-end or enterprise architecture is essential, with a strong understanding of both on-premises and cloud environments, including platforms like Azure, AWS, and SaaS/PaaS solutions.
  • Hands-on with Azure APIM and service bus as well as integration background and well versed with logic apps / function apps development
  • Good exposure to cyber security practices and remediation
  • Good exposure and understanding of Network and Infrastructure components of an end to end solution
