As we expand into new areas, we're excited to welcome a passionate Gardener to our team.

About The Role

Reporting to your Team Manager, you'll be responsible for the scheduled maintenance of various commercial properties, ensuring they remain well-presented and inviting. Your daily tasks will include planting, weeding, pruning, blowing, spraying, weed eating, mulching, and general gardening duties.

While many of the sites you'll work on are based in South Auckland, some will require travel across Auckland. A work vehicle will be provided for both your commute from home to site and travel between locations.

About You

Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in gardening and horticulture. While formal qualifications are a bonus, they're not essential if you bring the right skills and attitude.

What we're looking for:

  1. A full, clean driver's licence (manual driving capability is a must).
  2. Some knowledge of plant species and their maintenance needs would be beneficial.
  3. Ability to interpret and execute gardening plans with precision.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage professionally with members of the public if needed.
  5. A proactive and results-driven approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
