Our Customer Success Team ensures that the solutions we build and support for our customers provide ongoing support to their businesses. Going above and beyond, we provide guidance, thought leadership, and proactive support to our clients to ensure their systems are moving forward in this ever-changing IT landscape.
Who you are:
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will support the team to deliver specialist technical consulting, systems design, implementation, and support services to internal Provoke business units and a variety of external Provoke clients across a range of exciting products and technologies.
What you will be doing:
- Solve problems and work through complex technical issues and situations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support processes and procedures that will ensure the effective delivery of customer outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvement activities.
- Providing technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.
- Administering network servers, services, user accounts, and related objects and data.
- Implementing and monitoring network security and alerts. Work with members of the wider Engineering team to provide input into projects to ensure the transition to customer success is done in a correct manner.
- Meeting with stakeholders to understand ongoing issues and constraints.
What you need:
- You will have completed a tertiary certification in a relevant discipline.
- Expertise in at least one of the following products or platforms will be an advantage: Azure, DevOps, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Software Development or SQL Server.
- Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions will be a key focus of this role.
- Experience working in a helpdesk or support role is desired.
- An understanding of Engineering Methodology including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as code (Azure DevOps).
