If you enjoy a variety of painting and decorating jobs and wowing clients / guests every day gives you great satisfaction, we are seeking an exceptional painter with an eye for detail like yourself to come and lead our Painting Team

The Role

From coordinating large painting projects, including painting exteriors of buildings and homes to touching up paintwork, you and your team will be called upon to complete a wide range of jobs within the resort. The role includes pricing and allocating work to your team, owning a budget and coaching your team to perform at a high level.

We focus on being part of a collaborative team and you'll enjoy the variety of the role, coupled with the ability to manage your own work, however, enjoy being part of a wider team. The role requires the person to go above and beyond client / guest expectations in terms of service provided and meeting deadlines, coupled with high quality standards for work completed.

Success Profile

  1. Minimum of five years' experience or relevant industry qualifications desirable
  2. Positive, friendly and professional manner at all times
  3. Proven team leadership and coaching skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail and great time management skills
  5. Advanced technical and practical expertise.
  6. Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a positive and 'can do' attitude
  7. Ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment
  8. Prides themselves with a strong quality focus
  9. A clean NZ Driver's Licence essential

Location: Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours: Full time guaranteed 40 hours per week
