Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced compliance professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the financial services industry? Join Finsure New Zealand as a Compliance Manager and play a key role in supporting our growing network of mortgage advisers.

Type: Permanent, Full-time

As part of our compliance team, you'll:

  • Provide advisory support to Financial Advice Providers, Authorised Bodies, and Advisers
  • Monitor and manage corporate compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations
  • Conduct compliance audits, policy reviews, and reporting
  • Support advisers with compliance documentation, onboarding, and training

What we're looking for:

  • 2-3 years' experience in risk, compliance, or audit (preferably in aggregation or banking)
  • Strong understanding of relevant financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
