We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for a Marketing Director to join our team.
Role Purpose:
The Marketing Director will own the full lifecycle of prospects and clients within ArchiPro's marketplace, ensuring a seamless and effective journey from initial contact through to customer retention.
This role contributes to achieving ArchiPro's FY26 objectives by:
- Generating Client demand with thoughtful considered strategies that elevate ArchiPro's profile in market and provide clarity to our proposition.
- Driving significant improvements in B2B client engagement and retention.
- Optimising marketing and sales efficiency to reduce the cost of acquisition.
- Contributing to overall revenue growth by maximising customer lifetime value.
This role works closely with the Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Automation and Sales teams to lead and execute all client-related marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer/Business Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Shape and own the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy, encompassing all lifecycle stages.
- Define the desired customer experience across all touch points, ensuring a consistent and positive brand interaction.
- Develop segmentation to better understand key personas and target them effectively.
- Develop a marketing program that aligns with key lifecycle stages:
- Demand Generation: Drive lead acquisition through various channels and campaigns.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead funnel, nurture streams, and workflows to convert prospects into clients.
- Client Onboarding & Engagement: Contribute the provision of marketing assets that support onboarding for new B2B clients, helping them understand and adopt ArchiPro's platform, products, and services.
- Retention: Implement strategies to continue to articulate value, drive engagement, and increase product/platform usage to minimise churn.
- Re-nurture: Create workstreams to win back inactive clients and re-engage them with the ArchiPro platform.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing programs.
2. Brand, Communications & Messaging:
- Develop key messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and differentiate ArchiPro.
- Develop and oversee the execution of a Client-centric content strategy that effectively supports the marketing program across all lifecycle stages.
- Ensure content is aligned with broader ArchiPro brand messaging, target audience needs, and business objectives.
3. Marketing Technology & Innovation:
- Be a modern marketer who is confident in unlocking the power of marketing tools and AI to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Be experienced in Hubspot marketing automation and other relevant technologies. While you will manage a marketing automation manager to execute, you have intimate understanding of workflows and automation to ensure we execute to best practice.
- Ideally, have experience in implementing AI agents or other AI-powered tools to automate marketing tasks and improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation.
4. Client Community growth and engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong ArchiPro community, including online and offline initiatives such as webinars, workshops, meetups, and industry events.
5. People Leadership:
- Work with direct reports to clearly define project scope and deliverables.
- Own and communicate performance standards and define 'what good looks like'.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and mentoring to support individual growth.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that encourages open communication, knowledge sharing, and high performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B growth and lifecycle marketing, including Account Based Marketing strategies.
- Strong strategic brand building mindset with a clear understanding of effective messaging and brand presentation.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, in particular Hubspot.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies that optimise customer journey, engagement, and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, segmentation, targeting, and ROI measurement.
- Excellent content strategy development and channel management skills, including email, social media, events, and webinars.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams and work cross-functionally.
- A growth mindset with a passion for innovation and adapting to new marketing technologies, including AI.
