Listing DescriptionLocation
Job type: Full time
Duration: Permanent
Approximate pay: $30 - $35 per hour
Company benefits: Great Hourly Rate | Monday - Friday Hours
DescriptionAre you a proven Light Automotive Technician with a passion for customer service and ensuring that the job is done right, first time? Want the confidence of working for a company that bats well above their weight class in the customers that they service and the service they provide? Want to work for a company that empowers their mechanics to make decisions and to deal with the end user - from operator to owner – directly, and trusts that you will give them honest advice and support just as your employer would? Want to continue to grow with your career with a variety of brands and inhouse dealership training to boot?
Right now, we have aligned with a family owned and operated Agricultural group in the Wider Waikato who are looking for a well-versed Automotive Technician with a WOF Certificate, to join their wonderful workshop team and grow the service offering available to their amazing community. Ideally, you may have spent your time within a corporate group or large service team (or even a local garage) and are now looking to break out from the mould and take those learnings – combine it with good old fashion honest customer service and take ownership of our light automotive space as our inhouse mechanic. Join a family group who let their workmanship and relationships with their customer speak for themselves and where you not only get to know the community but are a vital cog in the wheel to making sure our LV customers get the same amazing support as our HD Agricultural clients do. We create an environment for our team that makes coming to work feel like it should and is the very reason you completed your apprenticeship in the first place
