As a Building Surveyor, you'll bring technical expertise and project management acumen to our diverse client base, leading and supporting projects ranging from building defect investigations to technical due diligence and contract administration.

What you will be doing?
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Maintenance Planning
  • Insurance Reinstatement Surveys and Scope Development
  • Architectural design management for reinstatement and remediation projects
  • Contract Administration
  • Expert Witness
What you will bring to the team

We're seeking junior to senior candidates with a degree or diploma in construction, building science, or architecture and at least 2 years of relevant experience. We are looking for applicants that are driven, strive for the highest quality, and can work autonomously in a busy and client-focused environment.
