This is an initial 9 month fixed term parental leave cover role, and we are open to you being based in Melbourne, Sydney or Christchurch, to commence in June 2025.

Here's How You'll Do That
  • Help drive growth of Phocas' products by supporting teams across different channels to optimize lead generation
  • Support the development of effective product go to market strategies and plans
  • Support creating the content materials to promote the value and story of the product both internally and externally
  • Identify customer use cases, pain points and value while using Phocas products
  • Translate technical and product documentation into benefits relatable to the user and market.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and marketing content to be used across marketing channels that differentiates new functionality, products and services from others in the market
This Is What You'll Need To Do It
  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a relatable marketing/communications role, with Business to Business (B2B) technology or software
  • Demonstrable experience in market analysis and product marketing tactics
  • Practical understanding of product evolution and how this relates to the consumer
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation System is ideal
  • Understanding and experience in Phocas' key market segments (manufacturing, wholesale distribution or retail)
  • Understanding of Office of Finance and experience marketing to this audience. You might have even come from a Finance background.
