Are you looking for a community-based leadership opportunity? We are seeking a registered health professional to lead one of our Capital and Coast teams.
Te Mahi/About the Position:
Full-time position available in our Mana office working Monday through to Friday standard office hours. Care Coordination provides the older person's needs assessment services for the Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley district of Health NZ |Te Whatu Ora.
The Team Leader provides leadership and operational management for one of our Capital and Coast Teams. Working closely with the Service Manager, and C&C and HV based Team Leaders, you will ensure that high standards are met and maintained.
The role will require the applicant to have a broad understanding of health provision as it relates to older people, and familiarity with services in the local catchment would be useful.

You will be a registered health professional, ideally with a minimum of 5 years post registration experience, a post graduate qualification and/or demonstrated experience in leadership. You will be capable of providing clinical support and professional direction to our clinical and administration staff, and of working with a range of health professionals in the community. You will demonstrate skills in a range of IT programmes, and be passionate about being involved in service development and leading quality initiatives. This position is based at our office in Mana.
