The architecturally designed Mojo Quay sits in the lobby of the HSBC building. Mojo Quay has views overlooking the ferry building and harbour. The Cafe has a diverse range of clientele, ranging from business people to tourists.

You will have a strong hospitality management background, with barista experience, and a passion for food. You should be a great communicator, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be a natural leader.

As a Mojo Manager, you will have opportunities for growth, development, and progression within the company. You will work in a professional and structured environment, with Mojo's established systems in place to support your success. This is a Full-Time, Monday to Friday role, with working hours falling between 6:30am to 5:30pm. The position offers secure, stable hours, the chance to work with a great team of like-minded individuals and best of all no weekends

What you will bring to the table is:

  1. The confidence to always communicate openly and directly
  2. 3+ years of management experience
  3. Desire to lead from the front and be service focused
  4. Strong understanding of cost management, wages and COGs
  5. Barista Skills
  6. Strong food knowledge and interest in food
  7. The ability to think fast and solve problems on your feet
  8. Your positive outlook and genuine affinity for teamwork
  9. A fit and healthy mind and body.
