The opportunity
The Financial Controller will oversee finance functions and operations alongside the Finance Director. As a senior member of the Finance Chapter, the role will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, modelling, and treasury functions to enable the future vision of the business.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the preparation of financial reporting, monthly management reporting and analysis.
  • Analysis of KPIs highlighting trends and risks to the wider strategic plan.
  • Play a key role in implementing and delivering the company forecasting process – demand and supply, financial forecasting, cash flow forecasting and data modelling
  • Provide insights into the development of the business strategy and quarterly planning processes.
  • Identify, evaluate and implement cutting edge business intelligence and data analytics tools to enable quicker decision making.
  • Relationship management with the external network; banking partners, investment partners and Inland Revenue.

Your profile
  • CA/CPA, or equivalent, qualified finance professional with broad experience across financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting and modelling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong financial modelling and business intelligence skills
  • Experience in fintech, technology, software, accounting or financial services sector advantageous but not essential.
