About the Role

We have an opportunity available for an Associate/Senior Associate to join our Corporate Team. We are looking for someone with at least five years' experience in corporate and commercial law. You will be supporting two busy partners and be involved in all corporate aspects of transactions involving investments in the renewables sector.

You will have a passion for the law, a commercial approach, and a keen interest in working with our strong local and international client base (as well as with DLA Piper teams in other offices around the globe).

About you

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have experience or a strong interest in the renewables sector and be a high performing problem solver with the ability to think on your feet. Experience in managing large scale transactions across multiple teams, supervising intermediate/junior lawyers, and experience working with the Overseas Investment Office regime would be desirable.
